Gemma Bailey, Head Coach and Founder of Aphobos CrossFit, brings over 15 years of experience in coaching, weightlifting, and CrossFit. She leads our programming and coach development programme with a deep passion for continuous improvement and CrossFit education, ensuring both members and coaches are always progressing.

Maximising Your Potential

At Aphobos, we're dedicated to helping you address and improve your weaknesses. In addition to our regular CrossFit classes, we offer specialised weightlifting, strength and skill, and gymnastics classes to ensure you have every opportunity to develop key areas and achieve your fitness goals. We support our members with regular check-ins and weekly video updates.
