Get started today and sign up for the Aphobos Academy
If you're new to CrossFit, you’ll start with the Aphobos Academy. Before joining our regular classes, new members complete three specialised sessions to master the essential movements and techniques needed for our workouts.
Sessions are booked on a weekly basis, with two schedule options available:
APHOBOS ACADEMY
SCHEDULE 1:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Time: 6:00 PM
APHOBOS ACADEMY
SCHEDULE 2:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 PM
Saturdays at 12:00 PM
